Beat 1st level quickly:
Hit Cobra in the head for 1 shot kill, and get an A for work.

Get Real Time Window Option:
Finish the indoor shooting range and get a rank of S or better. Then Look in the "EX Options" menu

Get Real Time Window Option in EX Options:
Finish the indoor shooting range and get a S rank or better

Get continuous mission mode:
Finish all EX missions to get this option in the EX options menu

Get Professional Mode:
Finish all EX missions to get this option in the EX options menu
