Bonus Trucks:
Clear the Championship Tour to unlock eight bonus trucks in addition to the
normal ones.
Unlock Moon Level:
There are fifty bonus stars on each offroad track. Collect all fifty and the
Moon Level will be unlocked on the Training Menu.
